“ The best food in the Palm Beach area by far. We struggled our entire trip to find food that wasn’t extremely expensive and low quality. Well, La Salsa Verde was the exact opposite. These amazing people had my food hot and ready to go when I arrived and the taste was incredible. My boyfriend and I agreed it’s the best Latin food we’ve ever had. Don’t be alarmed by the location; the place is very clean and the food is prepped very well. If you use the Life Kitchen app, this restaurant has a 98 (meaning it’s food-safe and passed inspections). The tacos were the standout for me. I tried the al pastor, suadero, and birria, and each one was packed with flavor. The meats were tender and juicy, and the tortillas had that perfect handmade feel. The birria came with a rich, savory broth that took it to another level. I also grabbed a horchata to drink, which was creamy and just sweet enough to balance out the spice from the salsa bar. The atmosphere was casual and lively. It had that fast-paced, no-frills taqueria vibe, but still felt welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order came out pretty quickly, even though the place was fairly busy. Everything was clean and organized, which I appreciated. As far as pricing goes, I was impressed. You get generous portions for what you pay. I left full and happy, and the total came out to much less than what you'd spend at most sit-down spots. Overall, La Salsa Verde is a solid spot for affordable, flavorful Mexican food. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself craving again soon—and I definitely will be back for more birria tacos. ”
